Eligibility for Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of peptide products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or improperly stored after delivery.
